Spammers discover Twitter as their new venue to show off
Before any misundestandings arise: Twitter’s architecture is ingenious because you have to click “follow” until you can be spammed!
Seems like Twitter finally hit the tipping point, as Hjörtur mentioned in his post from yesterday. And yes, there are good and sad stories associated to this platform, which @hjortur was also so kind to summarize.

Twitter – or: limiting the web to 140 characters
Adam DesAutels did a pretty good job describing Twitter in his blog post from earlier today. And I concur totally.
And in fact we were having intensive and very funny talks about Twitter on the Joomla! Days I spoke at a week ago and came to the conclusion, that all websites should be limited to 140 characters… would surely be hard for a lot of verbose people – but how many times have you wished for a limitation on publishing on the web?
And it’s against my belief there are some serious issues about Twitter which transfer it’s status from a toy to a professional level. Read more >>
