Is there a difference between process improvement within healthcare and within industry?

as a believer in mass collaboration I would definitly like to send you in that direction also, aside frm process improvement alone.

Getting opinions from outside of your organisation will definitly give you real improvements from people you would normally not employ… Be it because of missing qualifications, or because they are too far away in a geographical context. Or people like me who just don’t work good over a long period of time in an organisation.

The point I’m trying to make: ask the appropriate people for ideas in the world wide web (be it process improvement, outsourcing, partial sourcing, etc.) utilizing some type of reward system but without compromising your ideas. Of course you don’t want people stealing your products, etc.
